Postponed Events FAQ

Hello everyone. As much as we really love watching films with you all. Due to the current Coronavirus situation we’re making some tough decisions at Bounce. We’re putting our events programme on pause and have created this page to answer any questions you may have.


My Bounce event has been postponed. What next?

Screenings will resume once the Coronavirus situation has settled down.
Your tickets are of course still valid for the new date once confirmed.

I can’t make it to the new date of the rescheduled event?

In line with our existing policies if an event is cancelled and you can’t make the alternative date, we’ll be issuing credit vouchers so you can attend a future Bounce screening of your choice.

Why have you postponed your events?

At this stage we’re pretty unclear about the scale of the Coronavirus situation. Therefore, to hopefully minimise any impact to our community, team & collaborators we’re trusting our instincts & putting things on hold for a little while.

Will my event still be going ahead at a later date?

Yes. Our events are postponed not cancelled.
As long as our partners are still on board all screenings will be rescheduled.
If anything changes we will keep you updated on next steps.

How will you keep
us updated?

As soon as we have any new information we’ll be notifying everyone affected by email. We kindly ask for your patience as we work behind the scenes to get everything back up and running.
