We’ve included some information to help plan your trip to Bounce.
Guidelines can vary venue to venue however all locations will have policies in place to keep everyone safe.
A link to the venues specific safety measures are provided on the ticket page.

Socially distanced seating

With all our partner venues. Socially distanced seating is in place. If your seat hasn’t already been allocated. Upon arrival you’ll be guided to a suitable spot or asked to find a seat situated a safe distance from your fellow film lovers.

Face masks are encouraged

Please wear a mask in the venue. However if you’re exempt or unable to wear a mask our staff will trust your personal decisions and not be questioning customers. We will not be providing masks for attendees.

Be prepared for temperature checks and hand sanitiser

Upon arrival quick temperature checks and hand sanitiser will be available

Crowds cannot gather in communal spaces

To keep things socially distanced throughout the venue please do not gather around spaces such as the foyer, toilets and outside the screen.

Please leave the venue promptly after the screening

Help us avoid crowding, to keep everyone safe please head off as soon as the screening is finished.

How do i get my tickets?

All tickets must be booked online in advance. Please present your original booking confirmation which can be found in your email inbox!

Do I need to print my tickets?

Nope, as much as we love fancy paper we love trees more, so as long as you’ve got it on your phone to flash you’ll be able to get in.

Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are final. We’re unable to issue refunds or exchanges on tickets.

What happens if a screening is cancelled?

Fingers crossed we don’t have to cross that bridge! But if we have to cancel a screening due to external factors (weather, technical issues etc) we’ll provide you with a credit voucher for a future Bounce screening of your choice.

Is there an intermission?

We don’t interrupt the movies with an intermission.
Depending on the venue there is the opportunity to buy food and drinks before the film starts.

What time do you start?

We kick off on the stated time advertised, rain or sunshine. Our screenings are community events so in some instances the actual film may play shortly after to allow some time for large queues and to give you time to get stated. To be safe please arrive for the time stated, we wouldn’t want you guys to miss out on all the fun!.
